Around $ 4.2 trillion construction projects are currently going on in the MENA region.  With the biggest chunk of this investment is with UAE that is of about $698 billion. The director’s verdict highlights the importance of one more important product manufacturer that is the passenger hoist suppliers and manufacturers.  An increasing market for passenger hoist suppliers could also be seen because of the trillion dollar project going on in the MENA region.  These construction projects are basically going to boost the demand for facilities management in the long run for MENA region, hence also providing an opportunity for used equipment suppliers for example used tower crane suppliers.

Most of these projects are being led by the government. Most of the budget of the government would be focused on infrastructure development within the region. This would lead to the development of facilities management companies and their focus will also increase on particular maintenance and infrastructure facilities.  UAE alone represents a huge market for used mobile tower cranes because of the 28.8 billion construction contracts awarded in the year 2011 alone, hence increasing the demand for facilities management. Facilities management is hence linked with companies providing used construction equipment such as; used tower crane suppliers and other essential construction related equipment.
